The First Annual Earth Day Festival for the City of East St. Louis. Earth Day East St. Louis 2009 is the first environmental event in the city of East St. Louis. The purpose is to offer education on environmental issues and solutions in a fun, safe, family-friendly atmosphere of celebration, live entertainment, food, and hands-on activities. This event will help to reach hundreds of the uninitiated.
